ie11 시대에 Neis activex 시스템이 제대로 버전 대응을 못해 벌어진 일로 '인터넷옵션(톱니모양)'눌러 호환성 보기 설정에 사이트 등록하던지,
아래 순서를 따라 ie9 모드나 그 하위 모드로 변경해주면 '결재창'이 잘 뜬다.
1. F12 키 누름
2. 문서모드 'ie9'로
3. 잘 사용한다.
